The Jazz Society of Santa Cruz County (JSSCC) is a nonprofit, volunteer-run organization dedicated to preserving the jazz music legacy in Santa Cruz by promoting performance, education, and appreciation of jazz. Through live and online programs, JSSCC seeks to expand the local jazz community by providing an inclusive format that welcomes musicians of all levels to improve and develop their skills, and by spreading awareness of jazz among the music-loving community.
Backbeat Jam Sessions
Hosted jazz jams with a professional house band open to instrumentalists and vocalists at all levels held on the 2nd and 4th Sunday of each month.
